CRIME: PETIT THEFT
CRIME SCENE: CIRCLE K (MEMORIAL & WABASH) IN LAKELAND
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #23-51492

A petit theft outside of the Circle K store in Lakeland is being investigated by the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The theft occurred on December 19th at around 2:32pm.

The victim was sitting outside of the store, awaiting her ride to arrive. She decided to use the restroom inside of the store, so she gathered her belongings and took them inside. Unfortunately, she forgot one of her bags.

The bag she accidentally left behind was then stolen.

Detective Wright would like to identify the man in these photos and speak to him regarding this investigation.
