On January 28th, at about 8:46 PM, a party of 14 dined at the Davenport Ale House (1260 Posner Boulevard) in Davenport and skipped out on their bill.

The group consisted of about ten adults and four teens consisting of black males and females.

The bill total was nearly $320.
