CRIME: RETAIL THEFT
CRIME SCENE: 7-ELEVEN, 2450 MEMORIAL BLVD WEST, LAKELAND
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #: 25-6971

A retail theft occurred at the 7-Eleven located in Lakeland (2450 Memorial Boulevard West, Lakeland) on February 9th at about 12:10 AM.

The suspect arrives to the scene in a dark-colored SUV and gets out of the passenger’s side, then enters the store.

The suspect then enters the store, removes a large case of beer and exits the store without attempting to pay for the alcohol. An employee of the store chased the subject to the parking lot and retrieved the stolen merchandise. The suspect can then be seen fleeing the scene in the vehicle, driven by a second suspect who is not seen on camera.
