The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a theft and a fraud of a stolen bank card which was used to steal $400 form the victim's account.

The unauthorized transaction was made at the Highland City Publix store by the man in these photos.

The PCSO is hoping someone might recognize this man and provide his identity to Detective Ryan at 863-292-3396, or at WRyan@polksheriff.org.
