This case has been solved. 
54-year old Robert Laney of Polk City has been arrested for this crime, and he was charged with grand theft. 
The trailer was returned to its owner. 

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a theft of a 2008 Rockwood Travel Trailer from a lot at the intersection of Berkley Road and Seville Road in Auburndale.

The theft occurred on either June 9th or June 10th.
