POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 26-22435

On May 24, 2026, a victim left his wallet behind at the Walgreens located on Hwy 27 in Davenport. When he went back to retrieve the wallet, it was gone. The victim then received a notification that his card was possibly attempted to be used fraudulently at Target.

The suspect, a white or Hispanic male seen in this video, was wearing a black hat, a gray long sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. He attempted to purchase an Apple MacBook and two pairs of Apple Air pods for a total of $1,818.97.
